She says that currently not many companies in the market are making such machines. She says that donut is a kind of cake, the machine for which has been launched recently by Goodlife Company.

At present, it does not have competitors in the market, because till now not many companies have donut machines in the market. She says that this machine of Goodlife Company will benefit those who want to make donuts or start a bakery business or expand it. Automatic prime machine

While talking about a machine made by Goodlife Company, Payal Yadav says that the company has brought ECP (Extruder with cutter, paneer) for Handmade cookies, which will increase production. She tells that earlier people used to make cookies by hand which took more time and effort, but with this machine, they can get more production in less time.

In this, kneaded dough is put in the hopper, then the cookies are shaped with the dies attached to it, which are of different designs, the shape is made according to the need and demand of the client. This machine has a cutter, panner, from which cookies are made and come out in the tray. Then it is baked.

Payal Mehta says that the ECP machine gives a production of 150 to 200 kg per hour. If someone wants, he can run this machine for 24 hours. He says that the self life of biscuits prepared by his machines is usually 6 months.

Payal says that the aim of her company is not just to sell machines. She says that if a new customer comes and wants to start a bakery business, then her company gives him 10-12 days of training. She also has a bakery named Kiddies, whose daily production is about 12-15 tons.

Payal says that they share their bakery experience with customers and if they are not getting any goods, then they also give the contact number of the vendor to the customers.
